Order Processing
Diamond's Order Processing Department (O/P) disseminates all orders generated by Diamond's catalogs, as well as all the Reorders made by Diamond's customers. O/P also reconciles any discrepancies between what is ordered and what is received, and deals with all damaged products received by Diamond.
