Product Information Sheet

Comics

The following information will help us write a noteworthy description of your book for Previews, price it correctly to our customers, export it into foreign countries, and prepare internally for distribution.

Although this data may appear in other parts of your submissions package, we ask that you summarize it on one sheet:

  • Title
  • Issue number and number of issues in series (if applicable)
  • Name(s) of creator(s)
  • Synopsis
  • Intended audience (All Ages, Mature Readers, or Adult Material)
  • Format (color or black & white, size, & page count)
  • Retail price
  • Printer or shipping origination
  • Country of origin (where your comics will be printed, not drawn)
  • Ship date
  • Order Increase Cutoff Date (the last day on which you can accept an increase in orders from Diamond, usually shortly before you set your print run)
  • UPC code (optional)
  • Licensing restrictions (if any)
  • Special discount information (if any)

Non-Comics

The following information will help us write a noteworthy description of your product for Previews, price it correctly to our customers, export it into foreign countries, and prepare internally for distribution.

  • Name
  • Issue number and number of issues in series (if applicable)
  • Name(s) of creator(s)
  • Synopsis
  • Intended audience (All Ages, Mature Readers, or Adult Material)
  • Format (packaging type, assortment breakdown, etc.)
  • Packaging Dimensions
  • Suggested Retail price
  • Printer or shipping origination
  • Country of origin (where your product will be manufactured)
  • Ship date
  • Order Increase Cutoff Date or Order Due Date (the last day on which you can accept an increase in orders from Diamond, usually shortly before you set your manufacturing or print run)
  • UPC code (optional)
  • Licensing restrictions (if any)
  • Special volume discount information (if any)
